ABOUT
Gavin Manuel is a Welsh TV and Film Composer, currently based in North Wales. Having studied at Bangor University and the London College of Music, Gavin has composed for a variety of critically acclaimed films, documentaries and podcasts. Gavin has also seen success in composition competitions, winning the film music composition competition at the Welsh National Eisteddfod in 2017.
As well as his composition work, Gavin also works as an Orchestrator and Copyist. In recent years he has orchestrated and copied instrumental parts for some of Tadlow Music’s classic film score reconstructions and for orchestral recording sessions for UK DVD releases and TV Commercials. As an arranger, he has created new arrangements of film score cues for concert performance, including a piece for the closing concert of the 2018 Film Fest Gent in Belgium.
